The plan, in writing, almost three years earlier

On December 9, 2023, between 1:19 and 1:25 AM, I wrote to someone I trusted from an X account displayed as "Robot David Steele": "to keep it short I am going to infiltrate Ts team again." And: "I have tried many ways to take care of him, with so-so results, so I'm taking advantage of people's biases over me. I don't know what I can do from the inside but I will figure it out." And: "I'm not asking for help or you to do anything, actually please keep talking bad about me, that helps. But I need a witness." And: "the only thing I am asking is not to tell anyone."

Two and a half hours later, the same day (3:50 AM), to the same person: "I will play along until I have strong irrefutable evidence, or If I am aware that something is up I will warn whoever is the target." That is what I did in 2026: played along from the inside.

"You are no longer in Cicada 3301," then the first threats

On November 19, 2018 (22:45 UTC) the sender writes "You are no longer in Cicada 3301. Good luck." Less than five hours later, in two messages (03:26 and 03:38 UTC on the 20th) from tstger13@gmail.com, display name "Th Stg", he says he has "already contacted Interpol," brings up a relative of mine and a cartel, and ends "Fuck with the bull and you get the horn." The second message:

This is the most serious message in the chapter: a threat of physical harm, sent to me in writing. The address is tied to Schoenberger by content. I address him as Thomas in the thread and he does not deny it, and the thread mentions Beth, Defango and Cicada. Full headers will be attached.

In the same thread I wrote "im not reading your shit thomas lol" and, after his "See you soon," "come over bring your piano we want to see you play!!" His own long message of Nov 19 accuses me of several things, including death threats. Those are his claims, and the thread is there for anyone to read.

Silence, authorities, an address

• Oct 11, 2018 (thread 16664055b2212454): subject "Do not ever speak of me in public again." Body: "Period,."
• Jan 10, 2019 (16838249c727ff32): "You've been reported 2 WikiLeaks the FBI Interpol Exedra. I've contacted the companies that you pirated, and they'll sue the shit out of you."
• Jan 3, 2020 (16f6950869cebc10), to me and four others: "It was great to see your channels exploded. Also, I had law enforcement on the last email." My "Lestat" channel had been disabled four days earlier (see the YouTube notices below).
• Feb 7, 2020 (1701d888426e695b): "This is also formal notice that I am giving your address out to people who will want to depose you legally."

From polite requests to a refusal

On July 17 Marcia Stockton wrote, for Thomas, asking me to delete a tweet about Claudia. I deleted it the next day. On July 21 Thomas wrote "Your research sucks," and minutes later Marcia called my video "embarrassingly amateurish" and wrote "You stabbed Thomas in the back. Good move, loser." Later that day Thomas sent a message with his lawyer, Barry Powers, and Marcia copied, under the subject "Please leave my legal name and Sophia Musik out of any further publications until given permission": "There was disinformation in your last AI created video and I am not letting anyone get away with that."

I removed the video and answered: "the video is removed, and don't worry I won't mention you again, I assume it's both ways." On July 23 (02:30 UTC) I wrote to Powers: "I am unable to serve as a witness for Thomas. I do not feel comfortable or safe participating in this matter." Everything in the next two entries comes after that sentence.

The lawyer's answer, and what I asked for

Powers replied on July 24: "you remain subject to process, and neither you nor I have ultimate control over decisions concerning the fact of your testimony, voluntary or involuntary," and that his clients "waive no rights concerning the compulsion of your giving evidence where you live." He also referred to a "connection" to a federal case without identifying it. In reply I asked for the caption, docket number, court and nature of each proceeding, and for any formal process in writing. As of September 24, 2026 that request was unanswered, and I have not received a subpoena, court order or letter rogatory.

Family, prison, "FBI reports"

Aug 11 (quoted inside his later reply; the Aug 11 originals have not turned up in my inbox): "I am giving my attorneys orders to compel you to testify." "…that's not going to work out well for you or your family because I will serve you in your own country and you will take the stand." "Nobody needs to remind you what the penalty for perjury is in Mexico. … That could give you 2 to 4 years in prison." "I will be forwarding this email to the Binnall law group and law enforcement."

Aug 16–17: "If I was a bad person, i would've run to your local authorities. But I didn't." "If I was a bad guy, I would have released all of our telegram conversations and you didn't see me do that."

Aug 20, 20:53 UTC, to me with Barry Powers copied. The subject line says one of my parents will be deposed. The body warns about perjury, says they already have that parent's email address, and says:

It was sent from thomasschoenbergermusic@gmail.com and signed Thomas Schoenberger. As of September 24 I had heard nothing further from him, Powers or Stockton.

The same moves, eight years apart

Copyright claims from "Sophia Musik"

From November 12, 2019 to early 2021, copyright claims filed under the name Sophia Musik hit my videos, including "Cicada 3301 - Oculus." My "Lestat" channel was disabled on December 30, 2019 and the "Arturo R" channel in 2020. The Oculus claim was withdrawn on December 19, 2023, at about the time my testimony came up. Sophia Musik is the display name of thomasschoenbergermusic@gmail.com.

The same name, on X: on January 13, 2023, @SophiaMusik2023 told a dozen accounts that I was a “cyber terrorist” who could be extradited to the US.
